Qualifications

- BSc in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant fields. MBA, MSc is plus

- Minimum 4+ years of Business Analyst experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams

- No military obligation for male candidates

Responsibilities

- Getting requirements from business partners and being a bridge between the business departments and developers in the IT Department using business analysis methodologies

- Understanding the requirements and convert them into technical, functional designs

- Good knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Knowledge of using project management tools like Jira, Confluence

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Nice-to-have skills

- Experience working with web and mobile related projects

- Experience writing SQL queries
