We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic digital business and marketing team. The role holder shall be responsible to market our products, services across various digital platforms, and for contributing to the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the digital Marketing activities for docibonline.com across all channels

· Manage all social media accounts of DOCIB Healthcare

· Develop strategies, implement campaigns, and optimize the digital performance marketing channels of docibonline.com (paid search, shopping campaigns, digital growth channels, SEO) to drive traffic, engagement, and retention

· Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

· Analyze digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools to generate reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.

· Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.

· Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and display advertising campaigns

· Work together with Graphic/web Designers to maximize user experience for both online and social media

· Influencer management

· Content writing for social media platform

· Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field

· 2-3 years’ experience in the digital marketing, social media, or related role

· Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, should be a team player

· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

· Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.

· High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

· Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
