We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain / Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

You should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and Digital Marketing.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Install and configure software and hardware

· Manage network servers and technology tools

· Set up accounts and workstations

· Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

· Troubleshoot issues and outages

· Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

· Upgrade systems with new releases and models

· Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

· Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administratoror similar role with Min.3-5 years in UAE.

· Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns through website and social media banners, posters, flyers, brochures, catalogues and other medias.

· Create and manage separate social media strategies for B2B and B2C segments

· Manage and maintain the organization's website(s)

· Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter etc.,

· Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

· Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and increasing dwell time etc.

· Create and manage company's digital marketing dashboard.

· Use proper web analytic metrics to evaluate the performance of email and social media channels.

· Fix any errors or bugs in online content

· Edit and post images and videos to online sites

· Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) AD management

· Write copy for email marketing campaigns

· Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.

· Work on printed material to supplement online products.

· Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

· Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

· Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language

· Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

· Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

· Excellent communication skills

· BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

· Digital Marketing and Graphics Design is a plus

· Bachelor / Master in Computer Science (or) Relevant Degree

· Experience : 3-5 years
