Job Description We are looking for a talented Tech Lead to join our team and help develop our next generation of solutions. The Tech Lead will be responsible for managing a team of developers and developing the back-end and front-end components of the applications and engineering solutions. In this role, you will work closely with other developers, designers, product owners and other stakeholders in the organization to ensure high quality software is delivered on time. Responsibilities and Ways of Working Understanding the entire web development process (design, development, deployment) Collaborating with developers, designers, product owners and stakeholders Creating and reviewing technical documentation for easy maintenance of projects Designing and developing high-performance, scalable back-end components and APIs Developing solutions that integrate with existing systems while following industry standards Ensuring that all solutions meet customer needs and business requirements Reviewing the team estimate tasks accurately/realistically while meeting deadlines Monitoring progress of development tasks during the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) Code review with the team APIs Designing and developing APIs Integrating back-end services with front end applications using REST APIs Monitoring application performance and troubleshoot any bugs or issues that aria Testing and deployment Implementing automated tests for both client and server code Troubleshooting complex technical problems quickly and accurately Testing and debuging applications Deploying applications on cloud servers Servers and DB Creating servers and databases for functionality Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience working as a Tech Lead Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Expert knowledge of core PHP and object oriented principles.
