About Us

Charterhouse is working with a multinational travel solutions company who specialise in providing travel technology and BPO services that maximise business performance for their customers.

Applications are sought from experienced Business Analysts who have the ability to elicit, understand and document requirements from customers.

You will also recommend products for solution fit and the transformation of business solutions into IT. You will have a proven track record in business process modelling and requirements gathering.

You should hold a bachelor's Degree in Computer / Information Sciences or Business and have eight to ten years experience in a Business Analysis role.

You should also have experience working in the aviation industry and in particular crew rostering systems. It is essential you have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
