QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION What you will be doing as Assistant Business Analyst? You will be responsible for the contract management, risk reporting, quantitative analysing & following business transactions through coordinating data flow between commercial departments and finance department. • Preparing Daily position, Risk Report on a Daily basis • Following up CBOT transactions and controlling pricings are agreed with the customer and recorded properly in ERP system • Checking closed and changed contracts and justifying supporting documents • Follow-up of SOX controls related to contract management • EDM System Management (creation of customers and vendors database) • Monitoring all new contracts in terms of signatures, BGT format usage, Master Contract number, contract terms etc. • Following customer trade confirmations and frame contracts • Communication with customers on contract terms and payments follow-up What do we expect? • Graduated from a university, preferably from Finance or other related departments • Excellent command of both written and spoken English • Strong analytical thinking, as well as well-developed follow up skills. • Adaptable to flexible working hours • High sense of responsibility • Strong analytical background • Stress management ability • Team-player, good motivator and communicator • Accurate, urgent in respecting deadlines • International thinking, flexible, open-minded What can you expect from Bunge? • A competitive salary and great benefits package (medical services, lunch allowance contribution, to private pension, included) • Work within an international and experienced team • The right tools for the right job • The freedom to supply in an impactful way to the business
