What Makes You A Perfect Fit?

• Graduated from Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics departments,
• Minimum 5 years strong technical background in Project Management,
• Fluency in English, Result oriented, self-motivated and enthusiastic learner, good communication skills,
• Proactive customer oriented attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Plan, budget, follow-up and coordinating projects, in relation with transverse departments.
• Participate into workshops, projects or steering within projects/tasks that he/she is a part of the project team.
• Responsible to understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks and ensure that team members have the tools needed.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and time objectives. Ensure monitoring and controlling over the project budget and act as appropriately in line with the project methodology.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to Top Management and Project Steering Committee members and permanent invitees by organizing project steering committees and providing project status reports.
• Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view by organizing project steering committees.
