Our office is located at 906 Dusseldorf Business Point, Al Barsha 1 (behind Mall of Emirates).
Best Capital Properties is part of We Konnect Now International Group, which also owns Dubai Konnect, the leading start-up company in Dubai. We offer real estate for sale, both off-plan and secondary, in the residential and commercial sectors (offices, warehouses, commercial premises). For the new projects, we have established relationships with the large real estate developers in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, such as Emaar, Damac, Dubai Properties, Select Group, Sobha, Seven Tides, Tiger Properties, Reportage, among others.
The Job:
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same Agency either Primary or Secondary markets.
Strong communication skills - written and spoken English is a must.
Arabic, French, Russian, or other languages are a plus.
Must have valid UAE Driving License & own vehicle.
Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service.
Ability to work independently with great dedication.
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude, and like to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Qualifying new leads, prospecting for buyers/ sellers leads, converting them to appointments.
Regular contact with owners regarding the leasing or selling process.
Handling inquiries from owners and prospective tenants/buyers.
Conducting viewings.
Area specialist within your assigned community.
Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Cold calling and warm callings.
