B&T Design Turkey - Jr. Product Manager

What is the role?

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our marketing team. Working from our Etiler Showroom, and also remotely, you will be responsible from execution of marketing activities for certain product categories in certain markets to enhance B&T image awareness and preference among target customers

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing. brand development and execution experience. 

·  Customer oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills.

·  Analytical thinker and attentive to details

·  Desire to work in a creative environment

·  Strong adaptation, collaboration skills and ability to take initiative

·  Able to set vision and strategy and drive for results.

·  Excellent communication skills in English.

·  No military obligation for male candidates

Responsibilities

·  Performs market analysis and research on competitors

·  Actively supports developing the brand strategy, global brand plan and the comprehensive activation plan

·  Works with Design Director and Product Manager on collection, pricing and communication strategy.

·  Takes responsibility in new product launches

·  Builds, closely tracks & reports marketing budgets.

·  Monitor results of each campaign and report to relevant teams and functions

·  Develop, implement and update product marketing communication

·  Collaborates with r&d and production

·  Collaborates with internal teams and various agencies to develop marketing materials according to yearly Marketing Plan.

·  Supports cross- functional teams with marketing requests.
