Duties And Responsibilities


  • Planning, organizing and evaluating the efficiency of marketing activities.
  • Follow-up of the annual marketing budget.
  • Carrying out the Training etc. activities for healthcare professionals (doctor etc.) and sales teams.
  • Analyzing and reporting competitors, market and sales data to create sales and marketing strategies and develop new business models.
  • Supporting the application of the product in the field and assisting the surgeries when necessary.
  • Contributing to the determination of product and pricing strategies.
  • Providing technical support to sales teams during tender processes.
  • Identifying opinion leaders, managing and developing relationships with them
  • Managing the launch process of new products.
  • Establishing strong relationships by periodically visiting customers and business partners (dealers, etc.).

  • Strong persuasion and communication skills, solution oriented,
  • Able to communicate effectively and negotiate issues with all stakeholders,
  • A good team player, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

Personal competencies


  • Have a Bachelor's degree,
  • Experience in the field of sales/marketing in the medical device industry or new gratuated
  • Good command of English,
  • Willing to travel,
  • Active driver with a valid B type driving license,
