We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in monetization and product-led growth (PLG) strategies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining a seamless user experience. They will develop and execute monetization strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our product offerings.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver user-centric product experiences that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze user behavior, product usage, and market trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization and product-led growth.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and stay informed about industry best practices to maintain a strong market position.
- Ensure that product development efforts are aligned with business goals, user needs, and monetization objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on monetization and product-led growth.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative product strategies and monetization initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in the software or technology industry, particularly in B2B or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in product management and analytics tools, such as Aha!, Pendo, or Amplitude.
