A) Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures.
Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
A) Continuous Improvement
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
B) Reporting
Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.
C) Other
o Test Planning / Prepare Test Data
o Creating Test cases and Test Scenarios
o Manage Testing end to end
o Coordinate with Business & other stake holders
o Provide system Training
o Execute departmental initiatives as advised.
Specific Accountability
o Manage the project end to end
o Test Planning / Prepare Test Data
o Creating Test cases and Test Scenarios
o Perform end to end UAT
o Liaise with project team and resolve queries / problems
o Conduct investigation to rectify errors
o Prepare statistical data for internal and external relationship
o To identify risk in day to day operations related to project and bring to attention of management
o To provide technical guidance to internal customers when needed
o To suggest ideas and strive for continuos process improvement
o Any other duty / task as entrusted by the Dept Manager / Head
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Graduate (Preferably in Commerce / Financial Services / Banking & Finance etc.)
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Trade Finance.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAT experience
