Artha Realty is growing its team and are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, pro-active, and an assertive individual for the position of Sales Manager steer the organization achieve its sales targets regularly.
The position involves market competitive fixed salary plus handsome incentives on sales closures of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
To work towards recruiting an experienced and competent sales team
Training & development of the team on soft skills as well as product knowledge
Use of Propspace /software for updating properties, leads and deals
To make sure all leads and clients and regularly followed up by the team
Make good use of existing and innovative marketing channels including but not limited to portals, website, digital marketing strategies, open house etc
Mentoring and guiding team to prospect buyers and sellers, communicate effectively, structure transactions and close deals
Regular reporting to MD on progress of agents and deals
Conduct meetings, trainings and briefings to ensure all team members are aligned with the market and the company’s objectives
Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target
Develop new business opportunities by researching, prospecting new launches and developers within the industry
Coordinate with the support teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
To be in compliance with the laws and regulations i.e. AML, KYC etc
Ensuring all individuals within the team are adhering to the company’s policies and guidelines
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Required Skills:
Strong team player and goal orientated.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
Effective negotiation, and analytical skills.
Multilingual proficiency preferred.

Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
