We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile app design to join our team at our Istanbul office in Ataşehir. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing mobile app interfaces that enhance user experience. Proficiency in Figma is a must for this role. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and business requirements.
2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
4. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
5. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency across multiple platforms.
6. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile app design.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating visually appealing and user-centric mobile app interfaces.
3. Proficient in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Experience with user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
6. Knowledge of current mobile app design trends, including responsive design and mobile-specific interaction patterns.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, effectively communicating and presenting design concepts and ideas.
8. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
