Job Description: Entity: Government Location: Abu Dhabi Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field Years of experience: At least 8 years of experience in software development with proven experience in leading a team of developers Responsibilities’ and roles: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software applications Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to understand business requirements and design effective solutions Manage the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through to testing, deployment, and maintenance Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability Mentor and coach team members to promote their professional development and growth Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance productivity and quality Ensure compliance with software development standards, policies, and procedures Requirements: Experience with software development frameworks Familiarity with relational databases and experience with SQL Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Software Development: 8 years (Required) leading a team of developers: 3 years (Required) Application Deadline: 11/03/2023
