About Us

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Surgical Business Unit in Istanbul who will report to Surgical Marketing Manager within the organization.

As an important member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in the organization and will be responsible for executing the product portfolio strategy and work hand in hand with our commercial team to support both internal and external customers.

Job Description:

  • Prepare yearly marketing plan for the responsible product portfolio, present to international marketing group and ensure successful execution during the year
  • Analyze market data and lead the forecasts in order to develop the marketing strategy for the affected product range(s) (competition, regulatory environment, micro and macroeconomic trends)
  • Responsible & Accountable for marketing budget management including placing Purchase Orders, managing new Vendor’s requests and overall accuracy of the spend
  • Implement all the documents / content & programs for customers, and ensures a relevant localization of the sales tools by the IMG (international marketing group) support
  • Engage with agencies to enable effective and timely adaptation/development of assets and to assure consistent activation of the brand plan.
  • Ensure product information is approved (internal Veeva and/or by any local Governmental Institution), updated and aligned with International guidance
  • Monitors the execution of the marketing strategy through the available tools (SalesForce, Pitcher etc.)
  • Follow and support regulatory approval and reimbursement procedures of the related product portfolio in collaboration w/ both internal and external business partners
  • Maintains and develops partnerships with leaders (KOLs) and decision makers on the affected product line(s)
  • Ensures coordination between supply chain, customers, finance, regulatory & legal departments internally in order to optimize product management
  • Actively participates in the organization of Surgical events and congresses

Our expectations:

  • University degree
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing related roles preferably in pharma / medical industry / FMCG
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Customer-oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker and attentive to details
  • High level of problem solving skills and learning agility.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to set product vision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good at teamwork
  • No restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
