About Us

Purpose As an Odoo ERP Developer working with Al Sweer , the purpose of this role will be to ensure sound delivery of technical services/process automation and analytics for Business users. Key Responsibility Areas Automate business process to eliminate manual work.Develop new process to improve productivity.Integrate with other parties like Bank, Government entity and other systems like Power BIDevelop new reports and notification process to improve Business productivity. Integrate and develope BI tools with ERP systemKey Performance Indicators Ability to configure the tools and participate in the implementation management and the workflow set-up.Familiar with project management principles.Have a strong analytical mind, eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You have a natural drive for automation and simplification. On top of this you have to perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations.Able to manage and coordinate with third party suppliers.Analyze and clarify functional specifications, write technical specifications, and implement business logic.Document use cases create physical and logical data models and build deployment plans.Analyze log files to help debug problems.Provide ongoing support throughout the SDLC process.Work with business partners to help deliver leading-edge solutions on On-Premise and cloud-based SaaS applications.Assess the impact of potential changes and implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes.Partner with project leads to create end-to-end solutions. Desired Candidate ProfileCompetencies Thorough technical expertise on Odoo ERP . Technical proficiency in Odoo Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, workflow, XML/BI Publisher, shell scripting, webservices, Integration.Expertise in OdooERP customizations and extensions.Expertise in Automated business process eliminating complete manual effort. It includes design of PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers and tables, forms. Analytical approach towards solving critical PL/SQL optimization and tuning problems.Good debugging and troubleshooting skills and well conversant with quality procedures. Experience with Complex Integrations and Interfaces.Experience working within an Agile / Scrum or Iterative development environment.Minimum five (5) years of Application Development experience exposed to all phases of development – from design through production support.Exposure to source control software and migration tools.Functional knowledge in Oracle Transport Management & Financial/HRMS modules are must.Strong understanding of Business Process framework and strong history of implementing solutionsAbility to interact with stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates and conduct requirement definition sessions.Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile or an iterative methodology.Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.EducationEngineering DegreeExperienceMinimum 3 years relevant work experience.Arabic knowledge is a plus.
