Airswift are currently working with a global IT consultancy to recruit a Front End Developer in the UAE. This person will be working on specific projects based in the CIS so Russian speakers are a preference.

This role will be a staff higher working directly for the client.

Responsibilities -

• Creating alignment of user experience and web design.
• Producing fully optimised web pages for maximum efficiency with consistent company branding throughout
• Work in teams with various other departments to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.
• Create user-friendly web pages by using a range of programming languages.
• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Enhance the user experience by developing easy of use features
• Creating a balance between aesthetics and usability
• Optimising design for smartphones.
• Ensuring the code is built for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Ensuring brand consistency is met throughout the process.

Requirements -

• Ideally fluent inRussian & Englishlanguage
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
• Understanding of key design principles.
• Proficiency withReactJS, Redux, HTML, SCSS, JavaScript,TypeScript.
• Understanding of server-side CSS.
• Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and complete project under tight deadlines
• Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, accurate written and verbal communication skills
