- Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans.

- Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits
- Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.
- Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.
- Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.
- University degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience as a Product Manager
- Formulating HCP ( health care professionals) & consumer insights into strategy and derive action plans
- Hands on experience for new product / brand launches/relaunches
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills, internal & external
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
